Carr family history blog begins

Hi

This is my first post on Blogger.

I want to:
  • record my family history research and discoveries
  • connect with family and others interested in this tree
  • share information and start conversations
  • have fun.
Looking forward to telling my family stories.

Ed

  1. Welcome. I too have some relatives Carr from Kentucky and Tennessee. I'll be watching as you uncover more about your Uncle Leo.

    1. Jerry, Thank you. You are the first person to comment on my blog. Very exciting! And I learned this morning that I have been accepted onto the list at geneabloggers.com. I will do a post soon that describes how far back my tree goes(to Ireland in the 1770's). I was contacted by a gentleman in Vermont last month who believes he is related to a Parker Carr, from Ireland.

  3. Hello Ed ... it's Catherine your cousin ... Estelle's daughter ... I was very interested to read what Stewart found at the Palm Beach house ... brought back so many memories ... by the way is the coach Nathan Brown .. Stewart's grandson .. look forward to hopefully hearing from you.

    1. Hi Catherine, it's been a long time! Thanks for contacting me. If you want to have a conversation, send your contact details to my email address: ecarr357@gmail.com. I'd like to catch up. Ed
BTW: Nathan Brown isn't Uncle Stewart's grandson.
